1.Why is the lithium battery draining too fast?

1. Check the WiFi signal quality of the house. Poor WiFi signals will increase the power consumption and lead to power draining fast.

2.When the door is closed, turn the indoor knob to ensure it rotates smoothly without resistance. If having significant resistance, it will increase the power consumption of the lock, reducing battery life. Please reinstall the indoor unit to reduce the deadbolt resistance.

Installation is not complicated and can be completed under 40 minutes usually. The model J3 has a detailed installation guide, or you can follow the video tutorials. It requires some basic tools like a screwdriver.

Yes, you can control the lock with Tuya or TTlock APP remotely. Pleae make sure your lock is connected with Wi-Fi hub or a gateway.

1.When you do face registration, please try to avoid direct sunlight in the recognition area.

2. The same face can only be registered at one lock once.

If the batteries are completely died, you may use the physical backup key. Besides, all lock have a USB port for emergency power to unlock the door.

If you forget your pin code, you can reset it by APP or initialize the lock. Or you can use APP, fingerprint, card and key to unlock the door.

Yes, both locks front panel is waterproof IP65 grade. They are designed to withstand various weather conditions, including heavy rain and extreme temperatures. However, it is still highly recommended to install the lock in a location with some protection from direct exposure to elements for optimal performance.

Please check the batteries status whether no power, battery holder, and wiring to identify the potential problems.

Yes, you can share the access to others by generating temporary or permanent pin code through Tuya or TTlock APP.

The smart locks can handle temperatures within the range of -20℃ to 60℃. We do not recommend using the smart locks outside of these conditions.
